The company commissioned a National Forge HIP unit with a working zone of 18” x 60” capable of 15 KSI and temperatures of up to 2250°F in 1984 and the unit is still in production. Over the years we have increased our capacity by adding additional HIP units with larger working zones. Currently, we can service parts with a working zone of 46" x 100". See the table below for the maximum temperature capabilities. Our sales team can assist with typical HIP cycles and processing options.
Note: All units are molybdenum furnaces with pressure capabilities of 15,000 PSI.
