As we close out another remarkable year at Kittyhawk, I want to personally express my appreciation to our customers, partners, and dedicated team members. For more than four decades, Kittyhawk has been committed to delivering Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) services that strengthen the reliability, performance, and longevity of mission-critical components.

Our Kittyhawk Facilities

This year marked significant growth for our Oregon operations. Early in 2025, we shared a look behind the scenes at our newest HIP facility in Albany, which houses some of the largest and most advanced HIP equipment in the industry.

We also highlighted continued investments in our Canby facility, spanning more than 27,000 square feet of high-capacity HIP. Growth there has been steady, with new hires expanding capabilities across departments and second-shift operations now in full swing.

HIP Around the World

Our team traveled widely this year, meeting with customers and partners across the globe. Some of the most memorable highlights included:

  • The 2025 HIP International Conference in Germany
  • RAPID + TCT 2025
  • TITANIUM USA 2025 in Boston
  • The 72nd Investment Casting Institute Technical Conference & Expo

Some of those events included researchers as well, and we were proud to support further breakthroughs and interest  in our industry by contributing to advanced manufacturing research at UC Irvine and hosting ASM International tours at our Garden Grove headquarters.

The Future of HIP

While HIP remains essential across every industry we serve, two sectors consistently drove the conversation this year: commercial aerospace and the rapidly evolving space industry. As the commercial aerospace industry leans further into lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing, HIP becomes even more essential. Meanwhile, the space industry continues to push boundaries, and HIP is a crucial part of that production process. When the mission can’t fail, the materials can’t either.

As we look ahead, we remain focused on strengthening our capabilities, expanding our services, and investing in technology that supports the future of advanced manufacturing. We had a great year in 2025 and are excited for what the coming year will bring.

From all of us at Kittyhawk, thank you for a successful year, and we look forward to supporting your programs in the years ahead!

Warm regards,
Brandon Creason
